Georgian Municipal Service Providers' Association (MSPA) is the professional, non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization, which represents the dynamic network of municipal service providers as well as local and national government officials in Georgia that are interested to improve the quality of life in their communities.
MSPA was established in December 7, 2007 in Tbilisi, Georgia within the USAID funded Local Governance Program (CELD). The mission of MSPA is to unite the local government employees, heads of municipal services, municipality council members and others who are directly involved in local policy making and execution and promotes development of good governance and democracy on national, regional and local levels of Georgian Governance. read more
